1.For pet clothing, if the size does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size. (Customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping cost for the new item.) Size exchanges are allowed, but color and model changes are not permitted.

3.If exchanging for a smaller size, the store will not refund the price difference.
