1. For pet clothes customers can exchange the size without extra charge however the customers will have to responsible for the shipping fee for sending back to the shop and shipping the new one to the customer
2.If the exchanged product price is higher customer will have to responsible for the difference

4.The customer can not exchange the color or design rather than the size you want to exchange is out of stock we might consider this case once again
