1. For pet outfits, if the size doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for a different size. (Customers are responsible for both return and reshipment shipping fees.) However, color and model changes are not allowed.
2. If exchanging for a larger size, customers must pay the price difference based on the actual price.
3. If exchanging for a smaller size, the price difference will not be refunded.
4. The exchanged item must be received and inspected by us before a new one is sent out.
5. Human apparel, bags, mats, sofas, or any other Life Style products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if the item has a defect, an exchange can be made within 3 days of receipt. Please provide a video as proof.
