1. For pet outfits, if the size doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for a different size. (Customers are responsible for both return and reshipment shipping fees.) However, color and model changes are not allowed.
2. If exchanging for a larger size, customers must pay the price difference based on the actual price.
3. If exchanging for a smaller size, the price difference will not be refunded.
4. The exchanged item must be received and inspected by us before a new one is sent out.
